Schedule and Program

ProCon is all about networking and interacting with other JCC folks, and we’re planning lots of ways to make that easy—and fun.

ProCon App

The ProCon app is under construction and when it’s done, it’ll be chock full of great info and amazing features. One, the Participant Roster, will help connect you to all the terrific people at the conference—both before you arrive and onsite. Watch this space for updates!

Peer Communities, Courses, and Workshops

This is the meat and potatoes of ProCon, where you’ll have many chances to meet colleagues and make friends.

  • You’ll choose Peer Communities when you register for the conference.
  • You also can pre-register for Courses as part of your ProCon registration, snagging a priority slot for when Course registration opens.
  • Onsite, you can decide which Workshops you want to go to.

Special Events

Monday and Tuesday both offer plenty of time to socialize and regroup with your delegation or make new JCC connections during the evening event and late-night meetups and affinity groups.

Exercise

The hotel has awesome facilities—almost JCC worthy—featuring a full-size basketball court, a pool, and a workout area.

The area around the hotel is inviting—perfect for a run, jog, or stroll, morning or evening.

Dietary Needs

What’s a conference without food? There’ll be plenty of meals (and snacks!), all kosher under the supervision of Minnesota Kosher

Gluten free? Lactose intolerant? Allergic to onions? You can tell all when you register.

Accessibility

JCC Association is all about accessibility, and all ProCon event spaces will be ADA compliant. When you register, let us know if you need accommodations and we’ll do our best to provide them.

What to Wear

Casual, professional attire—comfortable and polished—is appropriate for ProCon. Yes, that includes neat jeans and your JCC fleece, tee, or cap. We always recommend dressing in layers, giving you the option to adjust for comfort. And if you plan to work out, don’t forget your gear!

The Minnesota JCC

The Minnesota JCC has two locations, one in St. Paul and one in Minneapolis.

Capp Center St. Paul
1375 St. Paul Avenue

Kudos to the St. Paul campus for offering to open its doors to visitors from ProCon on Monday morning. Keep an eye out here for details as they develop—and, if you’re interested in the visit (or a Jewish service learning opportunity, also in the works), hold off on finalizing your travel until we tie up these details.

Safety and Security

Whenever and wherever JCC Association hosts events, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our people. We are working with the hotel’s security team, a dedicated supplemental security team for ProCon, local law enforcement, Secure Community Network (SCN) and other partners to ensure a safe and secure event for all.

Social Media

We love social media, and we’d be thrilled to see posts about ProCon ahead of the conference and from Minneapolis. No time to write your own post? Share this one, and don’t forget the hashtag: #ProCon2025!

Promoting ProCon

Material is available for JCCs to share information with their teams, encourage interest in ProCon, and communicate with those invited.
