The Opening Experience: Celebrating Our Connection

We’ll kick off ProCon 2025 with storytelling, song, and skill-building: featuring a unique JCC Movement welcome, stories from JCC professionals, music from Rick Recht, interactive networking with Assembly, and a spotlight on innovative JCC initiatives to energize, inspire, and unite us for the conference ahead.  

ProCon Block Party: Honoring the JCC Professional 

Monday, October 27, at 6 p.m. 

Join us for a high-energy, JCC-style celebration, complete with great food, live music, dancing, games, surprises, and homegrown talent. Created by JCC professionals for JCC professionals this moment will spark connections and set a joyful tone for ProCon 2025.

Breathe Out and Connect 

Tuesday, October 28, at 12:15 p.m. 

Take a breath over a low-key lunch with colleagues, food, and conversation. Let the music, community, and spirit of the movement recharge you—so you head into the afternoon renewed, energized, and inspired.

Closing Experience: A Moment for This Movement 

Wednesday, October 29, at 11:30 a.m. 

ProCon 2025’s dynamic, talent-filled finale will fuse story, vision, music, and connection. Barak Hermann, JCC Association’s new president and CEO, will sit down with Stephanie Butnick, Jewish speaker, writer, and podcaster, to talk about his vision for Jewish life and the vital role JCC professionals—35,000 strong—play in shaping it in their communities. Rick Recht will send us off in song to head home and carry our work forward.
