If you’re doing something great—something that makes your buttons burst and that others might like to “steal,” replicate, or reimagine—we want to hear about it!
What Is the Excellence and Innovation Spotlight?
The Excellence and Innovation Spotlight is an exciting opportunity that will highlight outstanding JCC programs and initiatives...during ProCon and beyond.
By sharing our best, most inventive work, we can all celebrate the creativity, dedication, and innovation that is integral to our movement; help peers and colleagues adapt and replicate successful initiatives; and strengthen our workforce and the entire JCC Movement.

You’re doing amazing work, and this is your opportunity to show it off and take a bow! If you are chosen for the Excellence and Innovation Spotlight, you'll:
- Inspire your peers with fresh ideas they can adapt and build on
- Get well-deserved credit on a continental stage - in front of hundreds of JCC professionals during ProCon and afterward in front of thousands who read the JCC Movement Briefs and visit the JCC Resource Center
- Receive a certificate of recognition for your outstanding contribution to the field

If you’ve got a particular program, project, initiative, or other professional endeavor in mind that makes you and your team beam with pride, give us the intel! Use this form to share all the details, and you and your work may be featured in the Excellence and Innovation Spotlight during ProCon 2025! Selected submissions may also (or alternately) be featured elsewhere at ProCon—during the opening or closing, in a Peer Community session, at a table, or in a totally different place.
Each submission requires a separate form, and each JCC can submit as many as five different projects, programs or initiatives for possible inclusion in the Excellence and Innovation Spotlight. Excellence and Innovation Spotlight submissions are due by August 1, and you’ll be notified about selections by September 4.
One more thing: If your JCC is submitting something, a team member who knows it inside and out is required to attend ProCon. There may be chances to show it off, answer questions, and bask in the glow of your great work—so it helps to have someone who knows all the details!
