Registration and Payment Options

To pay the conference fee, there are two options:
- Participants can pay the fee with a credit card at the end of the Participant Registration form.
- JCCs can make a credit card payment for one or more participants by clicking the Register Now button below and selecting the second link. Once payment is made, each participant will be notified about the payment and be invited to complete the Participant Registration form.

Conference Fee
The conference fee for ProCon 2025 is $599 per person, which includes:
- Full access to all learning sessions and conference-wide events
- A welcome reception, dinner on Monday, lunch on Tuesday, a light meal on Wednesday, and snacks and beverages daily
- Lots of fun and ample opportunities to be inspired, celebrate, deepen your relationships, and build new ones!
Travel to and from Minneapolis, ground transportation and hotel accommodations are not included in the conference fee.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at a rate of $259/night plus tax, and your registration confirmation email will include details about how to secure a room at the group rate. The group rate will be available through September 26, 2025, or until the block sells out.
Substitution And Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. The ProCon 2025 substitution and cancellation policies are designed to allow as much flexibility as possible.
Cancellation
- For cancellations on or before September 26, 2025, a refund of 100% of the registration cost of $599 minus a $100 cancellation fee will be issued.
- For cancellations on or before October 10, 2025, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 10, 2025.
Requests to cancel must be made in writing by emailing [email protected].
Substitutions
Registrants who wish to transfer their paid and confirmed registration to an individual from the same center or camp who has not yet registered may do so until September 26, 2025.
Substitution request must be made in writing by emailing [email protected]. The substitution will take effect once an additional $75 processing fee has been paid – as part of the new participant completing the Participant Registration form – and written confirmation of the substitution has been received from JCC Association.
