About ProCon 2025
The JCCs of North America Professional Conference (ProCon) is back in person for the first time in six years! From October 27–29 in Minneapolis, join colleagues from across North America and from every role and level for an unforgettable gathering built by and for JCC professionals.
Whether you're brand new to the movement or a seasoned JCC leader, ProCon is your space, full of engaging presentations, hands-on learning sessions, and lots of joyful moments. It’s guaranteed to spark ideas you can build upon, expand and enhance your relationships, and give you a front-row seat at the table where the future of JCC life will take shape.
Through immersive courses, dynamic workshops, Peer Communities, and an Excellence and Innovation Spotlight, ProCon will offer space to learn, connect, and grow with colleagues who are navigating similar challenges and opportunities. Inspiring keynotes and joyful social events will remind you of the strength of the JCC Movement, the power of the work we do every day, and why it all matters!
ProCon 2025 will include multiple learning opportunities:
- Peer Community Sessions will offer JCC professionals who are in similar positions or subject matter areas time to connect, learn, share ideas and challenges, collaborate, and imagine together.
- Courses will give professionals a chance to explore specific topics—relevant across the movement—in immersive and interactive ways to strengthen their know-how in JCC Operations, Jewish Engagement, Thriving Workplaces, Philanthropy, Thinking Ahead, and JCC Culture. Courses will require pre-registration, which is part of the registration process for the conference.
- Workshops are one-time, choose-your-own sessions on topics of interest to an array of JCC professionals, regardless of their specific job title, responsibilities, or area of expertise. There is no advance registration required for workshops.
- The Excellence and Innovation Spotlight will highlight outstanding JCC bold ideas, powerful programs, and creative solutions that bring the movement’s mission to life. Visit the Excellence and Innovation page to learn more, and to submit your JCC's project(s).
- Connect, Move, Recharge will energize your body, spark new connections, and recharge your spirit with fun, hands-on activities from meditation to creative play and affinity groups.
ProCon is more than a conference; it’s a movement moment. Let’s build what’s next—together!
