At Professional Conference, executive directors have a unique opportunity to come together—no matter your length of service or size of JCC. These sessions provide a forum for executives to meet in an informal setting, to share ideas, and to discuss challenges. More importantly, executives who attend have the opportunity to spend time and bond with their staff—a bonus many executives prize.
