I am excited to be at my first JCCA Conference. It’s great to put so many names with the faces. I am also glad that there are so many sessions focused on e-marketing of some kind. In-person conversations are always the best but that’s not how a good majority of people communicate, especially our next generation of consumers. From “traditional” eblasts to Facebook to Twitter to blogs, it’s clear that your message will get out there whether you control it or not so it’s important to at least have a say in the conversation. Learning more about your demographic is always helpful to marketers. I appreciated the info on millennial moms and look forward to the sessions in the coming days. The hard part is finding a way to implement all these fabulous ideas with a staff of two. Guess it’s time to lobby for a new e-position; that or just clone myself! Whatever the case, it’s all very exciting!
