Our policy on refunding your registration fee is based on the costs incurred. Refunds on registration fees will be made if submitted in writing via email to JCC Association’s registrar.
$50 fee if cancellation is received prior to Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018.
$150 fee if cancellation is received prior to Monday, Dec. 31, 2018.
$350 fee if cancellation is received prior to Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019.
Cancellations after Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 cannot be refunded.

Job Track Dinner****
Job track dinner will be on Sunday night and held at restaurants around Orlando. Restaurants will be announced by job track leaders as we get closer to the conference. Kosher meals will be provided to those who would like one.
If you are interested in joining your job track for dinner you must pay for the job track dinner in advance as we will not be taking payments on site. If you are not sure yet, you have until Friday, Jan. 25, 2019 to pay for the job track dinner. You will need to come back to the registration page to revise your registration and be included in the dinner.

**JCCs of North America Professional Conference early bird rate is for the professionals of JCCs currently affiliated and in good standing with JCC Association of North America. We regret that we cannot make it available beyond our dues-paying members.
