*JCCs of North America Professional Conference is for the staff of JCCs currently affiliated and in good standing with JCC Association of North America. We regret that we cannot make it available beyond our dues-paying members.
Our policy on refunding your registration fee is based on the costs incurred. Refunds on registration fees will be made if submitted in writing via email to JCC Association’s Professional Conference registrar. Cancellations will include the following administrative fees:
$75* fee if cancellation is postmarked prior to Friday, December 9, 2016;
$100* fee if cancellation is postmarked prior to Friday, January 27, 2017;
$250* fee if cancellation is postmarked prior to Friday, February 17, 2017.
Cancellations postmarked after Friday, February 17, 2017 cannot be refunded.
*Cancellation fee will be in US dollars for delegates.
