The Program Directors/Middle Managers track at the Professionals Conference is designed for those who supervise several full-time professionals and/or departments and are part of their JCC’s executive/senior management team. Learning from top presenters and peer-to-peer sharing, participants will come away with a better understanding of how to balance direction from your leadership with the needs of those you supervise. How do you interpret policy and carry out your JCCs strategic priorities through others? When do you get your own projects done? We will explore our roles as leader, coach, mentor, change-agent and innovator.
