At Professional Conference, executive directors have a unique opportunity to come together—no matter your length of service or size of JCC. These sessions provide a forum for executives to meet, in an informal setting to share ideas and discuss challenges. More importantly, executives who attend have the opportunity to spend time and bond with their staff—a bonus many executives prize.
Executives will have the chance to participate in specially designed sessions tailored to their role and responsibility. Sessions will include opportunities for candid discussions with the new president of JCC Association, to talk about camping with the executive director of the American Camping Association, and to focus on the issue of risk management.
